Social Media Management

Social Media Management

Your customers scroll social media every single day. Your business should be there too — but posting consistently, answering comments, and creating content that actually brings in enquiries is a full-time job you don’t have time for. We run your social media for you: the content, the posting, the replies, the reporting. You approve the plan; we do the work.

Why Your Social Media Isn't Working

It’s not that social media “doesn’t work for businesses like yours.” It’s that doing it properly takes 10–15 hours a week — hours you spend serving customers, quoting jobs, and running the business. So one of these four things happens:

The burst-and-silence cycle. You post five times in one week, then nothing for a month. The algorithms reward consistency and punish silence, so every quiet stretch resets whatever momentum you built.

The midnight DIY. You’re filming shaky phone videos at 11pm between jobs, writing captions off the top of your head, and hoping something lands. There’s no strategy, no calendar, no measurement — just effort that evaporates.

Unanswered DMs and comments. Someone asks about your prices in a comment. Someone messages about availability on a Saturday. Nobody replies for three days — and by then they’ve booked your competitor. Social media is a customer service channel now, not just a billboard.

Money spent, nothing to show. Maybe you’ve tried boosting posts, or hired a freelancer who posted generic stock graphics. £300 here, £500 there — and no idea whether a single customer came from it. That’s not marketing; that’s a subscription to disappointment.

Every one of these is fixable. Not with more of your time — with a team whose entire job is your social media.

What's Included in Our Social Media Management

Six services, one monthly plan. No juggling freelancers, no “content ideas” PDFs you never use.

1. Content creation — Custom graphics, short-form video edits, and captions written in your brand’s voice — not generic templates. Every post is built around your business, your offers, and your customers.

2. Content calendar & scheduling — Your month is planned in advance and posted at the times your audience is actually online. You see everything before it goes live and can request changes — no surprises.

3. Community management — Comments answered, DMs replied to, questions handled during business hours (extended hours available). Nobody waits three days for a reply on your watch again.

4. Profile optimisation — Bios rewritten to convert, highlights organised, profile and cover images consistent across platforms. When someone finds you, the first impression is professional.

5. Monthly reporting in plain English — Reach, engagement, follower growth, and — most importantly — enquiries and leads attributed to social. No vanity-metric dumps; you’ll know exactly what your money did.

6. Paid social support — If you want to run ads, we handle the creative and campaign setup, or we advise your in-house setup. Either way, your organic content and paid spend finally work together instead of against each other.

The Right Platforms for Your Business (Not Every Platform)

You don’t need to be everywhere. You need to be where your customers are, done properly. We manage:

  • Facebook — still the king of local reach: community groups, events, reviews, and customers aged 30+. Ideal for home services, restaurants, and clinics.
  • Instagram — visual storytelling that sells: reels, stories, before-and-afters. Ideal for restaurants, dental clinics, real estate, and ecommerce.
  • LinkedIn — B2B credibility and professional trust. Ideal for professional services, agencies, and B2B companies.
  • TikTok — short-form discovery that reaches people who’ve never heard of you. Ideal for restaurants, ecommerce, and any business targeting under-40s.
  • YouTube — long-form trust: how-tos, testimonials, behind-the-scenes. Ideal for home services, clinics, and education-led businesses.

During onboarding we recommend the 2–3 platforms worth your budget and explain why the others can wait. We’d rather do two platforms brilliantly than five badly.

How It Works: From Sign-Up to Consistent Posting in 3 Weeks

Step 1 — Discovery & audit (Week 1). We learn your business, your customers, and your goals, then audit your existing profiles honestly — what’s working, what’s embarrassing, what to fix first.

Step 2 — Strategy & content pillars (Week 1–2). You get a simple strategy document: your platforms, your content pillars (the 3–4 themes we’ll rotate), your brand voice guide, and your posting cadence. You approve it before we create a single post.

Step 3 — Content production (Week 2–3). Our team creates your first month of content — graphics, videos, captions. You review everything in one batch and request revisions. Nothing publishes without your sign-off in month one.

Step 4 — Publish & engage (ongoing). Content goes live on schedule; comments and DMs get answered; we monitor what’s resonating and double down on it.

Step 5 — Report & refine (monthly). You get your plain-English report plus a short call to review it. Strategy gets sharper every month because it’s built on your actual data, not guesses.

Honest Pricing: What Social Media Management Actually Costs

Ad spend is separate and paid directly to the platforms — we never mark it up. We don’t do 12-month lock-ins. After the initial 90 days (which is how long real results take to start), it’s month-to-month. If we’re not earning our fee, you should be free to leave.

Built for Small Businesses Like Yours

We don’t do enterprise retainers and celebrity campaigns. We work with owner-operated businesses where every marketing pound has to earn its keep:

  • HVAC & home services — emergency-driven customers check your reviews and recent posts before calling. We keep you looking active and trustworthy while you’re on the tools.
  • Restaurants & cafés — daily visual content (dishes, atmosphere, events), review replies, and DM reservations handled. Your Instagram becomes a reason to visit.
  • Dental & private clinics — patient-education content that builds trust, before-and-afters done tastefully, and appointment enquiries answered fast.
  • Real estate agencies — listings promoted daily, local-area content that positions you as the neighbourhood expert, buyer DMs captured.
  • Ecommerce & DTC brands — product storytelling, user-generated content, launch campaigns, and community management that turns followers into repeat buyers.

Social Media Management FAQs

How much does social media management cost for a small business?

Our pricing is quote-based — request a free quote for a custom quote built to cost less than hiring in-house. Anyone charging $150/month is either posting generic stock content or outsourcing to the cheapest bidder — ask to see actual client work before you judge on price.

How soon will we see results?

Consistency compounds. Expect meaningful follower and engagement growth in 60–90 days, and lead/enquiry attribution typically becomes clear around month 3–4. Anyone promising viral results in week one is selling you something. We show you the trajectory monthly so you can see it building.

Do you create the content, or do we have to provide photos and videos?

We create it. Graphics, captions, short-form video edits — all done by our team. If you have brand assets, great, we’ll use them. If all you have is a phone full of job-site photos, even better — authentic real-business content outperforms stock every time, and we’ll polish it.

Will you sound like us, or like a generic agency?

Like you. Month one includes a brand voice guide built from how you actually talk to customers, and you approve all content before it publishes. Most clients tell us their followers can’t tell the difference — which is exactly the point.

Can you manage our reviews too?

Yes — review monitoring and responses are included in Growth and Scale plans (and available as an add-on to Starter). Responding to reviews properly is one of the highest-ROI activities in local social media, and almost nobody does it consistently.

What if we already have someone posting occasionally?

That’s a head start, not a problem. We’ll audit what’s there, keep what works, and build the consistent system around it. Many of our best clients started exactly where you are.

Stop Letting Social Media Be the Job You Never Get To

Your competitors are posting today. Your customers are scrolling today. Every quiet week is ground you’re giving away — and unlike ad spend, consistency compounds for free once the system is running. You don’t need to become a content creator. You need a team that treats your social media like it’s their business on the line. That’s what we do.

We’ll audit your current profiles, tell you honestly which platforms are worth your budget, and give you a fixed monthly quote. No pressure, no 40-slide pitch deck.
